Our Neck Traction products are not a cure for neck pain. We take no responsibility for use or misuse as you should consult your health care professional before beginning any home care program.

Please note: Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking personal items that have been worn. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. Air Neck Traction and Neck Traction Pillow use a soft cloth which comes in contact with the skin and hair. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing a non-defective personal item to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged product that has been previously used. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new traction product that may be used in comfort and safety.

Any item(s) that are deemed returnable are at our discretion and must be approved along with an authorization number issued prior to returning. The return must be in the original sealed packaging and unopened. There will be a 15% processing fee for authorized returns. Any unauthorized return will be charged 15% in an addition to a 15% processing fee. Please contact customer service regarding returns. Please review Warranty.

Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have a product that is defective, please contact our customer service department for exchange information.

We have gone to great lengths to present as many details about our products as possible to help make your purchase decision easier. We do not offer a tryout period and make no guarantee that our products will cure any specific condition.
