Our Neck Traction products are not a cure for neck pain. We take no responsibility for use or misuse as you should consult your health care professional before beginning any home care program.

Please note: Federal Health Regulations forbid us from taking personal items that have been worn. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. Air Neck Traction and Neck Traction Pillow use a soft cloth which comes in contact with the skin and hair. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing a non-defective personal item to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged product that has been previously used. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new traction product that may be used in comfort and safety.

Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have a product that is defective, please contact our customer service department for a non-defective exchange.
